I worked as a Frontend Team Lead at a startup building an AI-powered video platform, similar to ElevenLabs, where users could generate and edit video content directly in the browser. I was responsible for leading the frontend team and delivering a complex web application from early stages to production. The product included features like video generation, timeline editing, and real-time previews, which required high performance and smooth user experience. On the technical side, I led the architecture of the frontend, built key Vue components, and ensured the app stayed scalable as we added more features. A big part of my work was optimization — working with heavy media processing in the browser, improving rendering performance, and reducing bottlenecks across the app. As a result, we successfully launched the platform and significantly improved performance, making the video editing experience faster, more stable, and usable even for complex projects.
