I've been running Claude Code in one window, Codex in another, and Cursor open in the background. Every tool in its own silo, every context window rebuilt from scratch. Then Eric Provencher showed me Repo Prompt and my agents actually started talking to each other. In this walkthrough, I run the setup wizard, point Repo Prompt at one of my own messy projects (Kahunoa), and kick off the refactor workflow. The Scout agent explores my code, a planner drafts the fix, then two engineer agents dispatch concurrently, all coordinating across Claude Code and the Codex CLI.
