Imagine writing proposals, scope of
work, contracts, or case studies, or
even generating pitch decks in under
five minutes each. Well, that is now
possible with Claude skills. If you
didn't know, Claude released its new
capability called skills. And skills can
be invoked during conversation to start
performing this one task it has been
trained on. In this video, I'm going to
show you five easy Claude skills that
you can start using right now that will
save you a lot of hours. My name is Mi
and I've been running my AI company for
over a year now and I used Claude every
day. It basically runs 80% of my
operation. So, let's not waste any more
time and jump right into the five
skills. So, as you can see, I'm in my
Claude desktop app and I already have
the five skills added to the account.
Now, if you don't know how to create a
skill or upload a skill to claw, there
will be a video in the description
explaining just that. It's a pretty
simple setup, but to not make this video
long, I'll just show you the five skills
and their expected outcomes. And those
five skills I'm going to be giving away
at the end of the video. So, stick
around for that. Let's start off with
the first one, the proposal generator.
Right? Everybody's favorite task to
write that by themselves. So, might as
well start with it. And to start a
conversation using that skill, you just
hit the three dots and then try in chat.
It would already have the text pasted
here. Hey Claude, I just added the
proposal generator skill. Can you make
something amazing with it? We will
remove this and explain our uh proposal
um in plain English and Claude will take
care of the rest. So, can you write me a
proposal
for John Smith? I will be building
him an appointment
booking
chatbot. The timeline is
two weeks
and the investment
is $5,000.
50%
oops 50% upfront
and 50%
upon completion. Now obviously this is a
very simple proposal. You should
definitely add more information, but to
not make this video long, we'll just run
it like this. And I'm going to be using
Sonnet 4.5. You can play around with the
different models, but 4.5 is the most
consistent one, and it doesn't take as
long as Opus or any as Opus 4 or any
other of the Opus family. So, I'm just
going to hit run, and it will take like
a minute or two. It might ask me some
questions because yeah this is um this
is just like 10% of a proposal and the
first step will be reading the proposal
generator skill and its documentation
just to understand how it should execute
this task. Okay. So after about 2
minutes the claude finished generating
the proposal PDF and here we can see all
the steps it went through. first one
reading the generator file or the skill
file and then it prepared all the data
from the proposal and it created the
HTML. So for the for the page design and
then it got converted to PDF it
encountered a font system issue
and it fixed it on its own and now it's
done and this is the results. So here we
have the name of our product, who it's
prepared for, the date, the summary, the
challenge solution.
Scroll down. We have the technical
approach. You can here we can have the
text stack listed and what expected
outcomes
and I don't know what it's doing now
with this loading page. Uh the timeline
and delivery. So we said two weeks and
it just calculated two weeks from now.
But obviously when writing when you want
to generate an actual proposal you need
to include way more than this. We got
the investment here upfront payment upon
completion just as we wanted. And yeah
that is it. Obviously, this is not
perfect, but you can use it for the
start and you can edit the skill file to
your liking and make sure the design
matches your brand and how you like it.
But I've already downloaded this PDF and
we can now use it in the scope of work
generator. So we go to the dashboard, go
to settings,
scroll down to capabilities
and
get the scope of work generator and hit
giant chat. Let me close this dashboard
and say can you create me a scope of
work using the proposal
attached.
Switch this to 4.5
and
drop the PDF here. And now the scope of
work generator will understand our
proposal
and uh it will create the scope of work
out of it who we will need to talk to
what will be done exactly um in the
timeline we proposed but it will not be
as depth as it should be because of the
what I say weak proposal that we wrote
because we we just have no information
whatsoever. But yeah, it will go through
the uh steps described in the scope of
work
skill file and it will create a PDF for
us. Okay, so Claude finished generating
the scope of work and it produced a 33
page document which is crazy. So we have
the executive summary here again the
project objectives and then we get to
the actual scope of work. So what will
be included the core deliverables? I
really like how it's listed here and
with every section there are like um sub
categories or subd deliverables
and then we get to the out of scope what
will not be included and then we get to
the actual deliverables. So we have
deliverable one, deliverable two, three,
four, five. So this is heavily detailed.
Then we get to the technical
requirements with the tech stack. We
have an architecture overview. We have
the data flow listed here performance
requirements
and then we get to the integration uh
integration requirements. This is
actually a pretty nice table. I really
like it a lot. We get to the project
timeline
phase one phase two visual timeline
here. So this is pretty detailed.
Obviously, this is a lot of fluff
because of the uh bad proposal that we
uh that we fed it with. So, it had to
come up with uh
uh with some stuff to make this a
detailed scope of work, quality
assurance and testing,
bug classification and response. So,
yeah, this is crazy detail. So what we
can do now is either take this scope of
work document or we take the proposal
that we generated to uh create a pitch
deck. So now we can go to capabilities
and use the pitch deck generator.
And for this I'm going to be using the
proposal just because of the runtime.
You can use the scope of work, but
before you use the scope of work PDF,
make sure you convert it to markdown
because this makes it easier for the
claw to process and it wouldn't take as
long as it would with the PDF and uh it
would also
uh it would also process it like much
much quicker and much smoother. So now
just for the sake of this video we will
take the uh the proposal and ask it to
generate
a pitch deck for
the proposal
attached and we will hit send. And now
we wait. Okay. So Claude finished
creating the uh presentation and or the
pitch deck and this is what we have. You
can obviously use your branding colors,
but this is
insane to be able to create a pitch deck
like that. And it only it took I'm going
to be honest, it took longer than um
than 5 minutes, but it went I mean, look
at this. It went uh back and forth
trying to fix some issues. It even hit
the token limit. Uh now, sorry, not the
token limit, the length limit for the
for the message. And yeah, this this is
insane. It's obviously not Canva level,
but if you're still using PowerPoint and
you just want to get a quick pitch deck
done, then you should definitely use
this. I mean, this looks fantastic.
Obviously just the branding colors um
are missing
but other than that this is good stuff.
And now we have done the proposal, we've
done the scope of work and we have the
PowerPoint presentation ready. What we
can do now is generate the contract and
uh use the contract generator skill. Now
this will use a contract template that I
uh that I've trained the skill on. You
can use your contract or your contract
template but
um yeah we'll just take we can we
where's the contract here you can just
take the proposal or the scope of work
and generate the contract from it. So we
say, can you generate me a contract
using my proposal attached?
And we will just go ahead and drop the
proposal. Honestly, I'd really recommend
converting the PDF to markdown so it
runs faster and uses
um less tokens
and you can use the better claw models
as well. So let's hit run and see what
Claude gives us for a contract. Okay, so
Claude finished generating the contract
and it is using the template I provided.
We have the introduction, scope of work,
uh timeline, compensation and payment
terms confidentiality IPS limitation
of liability and all of that stuff. and
at the bottom the signature, name,
title, date, and you can go ahead and
put it in docuign
uh or paste it back into Google Docs or
however you want. So now we have those
three done, the scope of work, proposal,
contract, and the pitch deck. We can now
go ahead and get our case study. So uh
for the case study, I have this project
documentation. This is not a real one,
but that's the type of information you
should feed to get a good case study out
of it. So, the project documentation
with the SOP, uh, sorry, S. W and any
meaningful meeting transcripts, tech
reviews,
checkins, um any email communication
specifically about the project and the
process, uh technical implementation
details like what we used and so on. um
some metrics,
uh KPIs, and everything that we would
need to
uh build a case study if we did any
training and um adaptation.
And we can go ahead and download this as
a markdown formatted file. Go back to
claude.
We can go to capabilities now.
And
it's not. All right. Here we go.
Capabilities.
I don't know why it's so slow now, but
capabilities and go to the case study
builder. Try in chat. Can you
create me a case study using the
markdown attached
and just go ahead
paste it in here. And now again we wait
for the results.
Okay. So cloud finished generating the
case study and now we have all the five
skills completed. The case study is
looking like this. North Point retail AI
case study. Ours is the fake company.
Regional retailer cuts inventory costs
by 2.9 million with AI powered demand
forecasting. How PBP partners help North
Point retail achieve 3.669%
ROI in just 10.4 weeks. So PBB partners
that's my company. We have the challenge
pain for reality by numbers. The
solution we provided,
the implementation approach we took, the
results at the end with some metrics
here, the impact it had and technical
excellence here, lessons learned, what
is next and project team and credits
and uh the call to action at the end.
So, that is it for the five skills using
Claude skills. They're not perfect, but
they will get your foot through the door
with Claude skills and you can edit them
and tailor them to your own needs. So,
now I'm going to show you how you can
get the five skills shown in this video.
So, to get access to the five cloth
skills shown in this video and to start
using them, there will be a link in the
description that will take you to the
Google folder here. It's called five
cloth skills. And in that folder there's
one folder called my cloud skills. And
if you double click on it you will see
five folders for these skills shown in
this video. Now what you can do is
download the mylad skills folder and
open it in cursor. Now if you watch the
video I was talking about at the
beginning on how to create your own
cloud skill and how to upload it then
you should know cursor. If you would
like help with it then please let me
know down in the comments below and I
will create a video on it. But in cursor
you can just upload the folder and
download the claude extension. You can
log in with your claude credentials
and you can start using claude to edit
the folders. Now you can go ahead and do
it manually but if you want help uh
using claude then I would I would
recommend that rather than do it
manually. So the skills files will have
no company information, no brand
information. So you can start tailoring
it to your needs. And what you need to
do for that is hit the Claude logo here
in the extensions and you will uh you
will start chatting to Claude. And the
first thing you do is enter this command
just slashinit
and claude will start analyzing the
folders that we've uploaded. And when it
gets a good understanding of it, you
would you can say you can tell it to
customize each
um each skill to the way you want it.
You can upload your contract template
for the contract generator for the pitch
deck generator. You can uh you can me
mention your brand colors or you can
upload your website or just the link and
claude will get an understanding of the
brand and build it past uh based off
that. And the same goes for the other um
the other skills. And then if you want
to add them to claws, you just go back
to claude and
go to the capabilities
and hit upload skill. And here you can
just get the um you can just get the let
me show you show it like this. We can
just go ahead and going to make this a
bit smaller.
Let's say you want to upload the case
study builder. You just right click on
the folder, click reveal and find if
you're on Mac and it will show you the
uh the skill folder. Now we can go back
to claude and upload the zip file and we
would be good to go and you can start
using the skill. So if it was too
complicated with cursor I will happily
do another video on it. But that would
be it for this video. I hope you guys
enjoyed it and found it helpful. If you
did I would really appreciate a like and
a subscribe. And if you're a business
owner who wants to start using AI but
don't know where to start, there will be
a link in the in the description below.
You can do an assessment, an AI
assessment on your company and see the
results right away. So, hope you guys
enjoyed it and I will see you in the
next video. Peace.
