07 - Patch with minimal blast radius.

Description

This video shows how to apply small, incremental changes with minimal blast radius with formae. You use the --mode=patch to let formae know that you are only touching resources and properties that are provided in the Pkl file - nothing else needs to be visible or touched. This way, engineers with less experience or responsibility, or nightly urgent fixes at 2am don't require any attention to detail, and the risk of disaster is minimal. Every resource change is fully versioned in formae.
