What happens when you tell an AI coding agent to write a codebase, review its own PRs, merge them, and keep going - with zero human code review along the way? I'm about to find out, in public, with all of you watching. In this livestream I'm building the Dark Factory from the ground up, powered by Archon (my open source AI coding orchestration platform). The target is a real application people can use - a RAG-powered agent platform that answers questions about my YouTube content. But I won't write a line of its code. Neither will anyone else! The factory will. Here's what we're doing live: - Pushing the governance files that define what the factory can and can't do - Running the triage workflow against real GitHub issues and watching AI decide what to accept - Running the implementation workflow and watching a pull request appear from nothing - Running the independent validation workflow — the part designed to stop AI from gaming its own tests - Flipping on the cron orchestrator that makes the whole thing autonomous This is built on top of recent work from StrongDM, Spotify, and Dan Shapiro's Dark Factory concept, and it's the most ambitious thing I've tried to build on stream. Some of it will break. Some of it will be weird. But this is the direction AI coding is heading and I want to be at the forefront with you! Check out Archon: https://github.com/coleam00/Archon
