A better litdb for Claude Desk and Claude Code

Description

I have improved the mcp server for litdb which gives it more functionality in Claude Desktop. I also created a litdb Claude Code skill. This video shows some of the new features in both of these tools. The latest code is at https://github.com/jkitchin/litdb.
