In this video, I'll show you my attempt at building an entire web app using Claude Code's Agent Teams feature. I set out to create a Reddit monitoring tool that scans for relevant posts, drafts potential responses, and identifies emerging trends. You'll learn the key differences between traditional sub-agents and agent teams, including how their independent context windows can impact your token usage when developing with large language models. I'll walk you through my setup in VS Code, detailing how I prepare a Claude Code project for efficient agent team collaboration using a clear Product Requirements Document (PRD) and structured planning files. You'll see a team of AI agents in action – including a backend engineer, a front-end developer, and a devil's advocate – as they tackle the development of the Reddit monitoring app. I’ll share how I refine the app’s functionality, from implementing rate limiters for efficient Reddit scouting to adjusting tone profiles for more natural responses, and discuss the overall cost and effectiveness of this approach for building robust AI automation solutions. If you run into any issues or have a question drop me a comment and I'll do my best to help you get up and running. *Why watch?* If it's your first view — hey 👋 I'm Marcus! I spent 12 years building an 8-figure software venture studio (we built 12 businesses – 6 failed, 4 held, 2 exited). I get a kick out of automating businesses and I'm now sharing my journey learning about AI automation in real time to help and connect with others in the space. My channel's still new and small, so your like/comment/sub genuinely helps! 👉 Subscribe: https://www.youtube.com/@intellagentsHQ?sub_confirmation=1 *⏱️ Timestamps* 0:00 - Project Introduction 0:39 - Agent Teams Defined 2:16 - Initial Setup 5:00 - Kickstarting the Build 7:15 - Unexpected Team Changes 8:59 - Live App Walkthrough 10:59 - Iteration & Improvements 13:46 - Further Enhancements 16:13 - Agent Team Effectiveness 17:12 - Usage & Final Cost *🍿 WATCH NEXT* ▶️ I asked Claude Code to CLONE a 500-page website: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BvCDODZp35Q ▶️ Claude Code Done Right vs. Done Wrong: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kAJbh77kfzk ▶️ The Easiest Way To Build a Website With AI in 2026: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1uyT9RgLxSQ #ClaudeCode #AgentTeams #AIdevelopment
