VeilShield: Private Cargo Delay Cover on Fhenix

VeilShield is a demo of confidential cargo delay cover for exporters. In this flow: - a user creates a policy on Arbitrum Sepolia - the delay threshold is encrypted in the browser - the contract evaluates claim logic on encrypted state - policy views are decrypted locally with a permit - different roles see different parts of the system This project was built for the Fhenix Privacy-by-Design dApp Buildathon.
