Claude Code's full source just leaked via npm source maps. 2,000+ TypeScript files, 512K lines of code. In this video I show: 1. Cloning the repo and running Claude Code v2.1.88 from source 2. Running it with Claude Max subscription 3. Switching to a fully local model (Qwen3-Coder 30B via Ollama) using a simple proxy If you ever run out of tokens or get rate-limited, you can swap to any open-source model ā no subscription needed for inference. The proxy (ollama-proxy.mjs) routes /v1/messages to your local Ollama while auth still goes to Anthropic. Green lines = local model, yellow = Anthropic auth.
